Who we are

This website is operated by Zhuji Mengru Knitwear Co., Ltd., trading as ZIYUAN SOCKS. For anything in this notice, contact sales@ziyuansocks.com.

Current status of the inquiry form: the form is temporarily closed. This website therefore does not currently collect anything from you — there is no form to submit and nothing is stored. Please email sales@ziyuansocks.com and we will reply from there. This notice will be updated when the form reopens.

What we collect

The inquiry form is the only place this site asks you for information. When the form is open, a submission records:

• Your name (required)
• Your business email address (required)
• Your project details — whatever you write in the message field (required)
• Company name, country or market, inquiry type, product interest and estimated quantity, if you choose to provide them
• The date and time of the submission, so we can keep inquiries in order

Optional fields are optional. If you would rather not give a detail yet, leave it blank — we will ask if we need it.

For security, the inquiry service also processes technical data needed to keep the form from being abused — such as a one-way hash of the connecting IP address, used to limit repeated submissions. A hash cannot be read back into the original address.

Why we collect it

To read your inquiry and reply to it, and to keep a record of the correspondence while we are working together. We do not use inquiry details for anything else.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
• We do not add you to a mailing list. There is no newsletter.
• We do not use advertising trackers, pixels or social media tags.
• We do not build a profile of you or your browsing.
• We do not share inquiry details with other buyers, or name our customers to anyone.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies — not for advertising, not for analytics, and not for security — and our hosting provider does not set any on it either. It uses no third-party analytics and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. The only JavaScript on the page is our own: it runs the navigation menu and the product image galleries, and it stays inside your browser.

Who can see an inquiry

Inquiries are seen by the people at Zhuji Mengru Knitwear Co., Ltd. who handle sales and product development. Service providers we use to run the website and its email — for example our hosting and email providers — may process that data on our behalf, only so the service works.

We do not transfer inquiry data to anyone else unless we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept as a business record of the correspondence. If you would like yours deleted, email sales@ziyuansocks.com and we will remove it, unless we are required to keep it for a legal or accounting reason — in which case we will tell you.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@ziyuansocks.com from the address you used, or tell us enough to identify your inquiry, and we will respond.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Access to stored inquiries is limited to the people who need it to answer you, and credentials for the inquiry service are held server-side — never in the pages your browser downloads.

Changes to this notice

If we start using a new service that affects your information — for example when the inquiry form is connected — we will update this page and change the date at the top.
