Custom manufacturing

Developed to your specification

We produce socks, hosiery and legwear to a buyer’s own design — yarn, structure, color, branding and packaging — with the specification agreed in writing before production begins.

Services

How we work with buyers

  • OEM production

We produce to a buyer’s own design, specification and branding, under the buyer’s label.

  • Private label

Your brand on the product, the label and the packaging, developed to your brand’s own requirements.

  • Custom product development

Development from a reference, a tech pack or a sample — yarn, structure, size and finish worked through with you.

  • Sock & legwear manufacturing

Socks, hosiery and legwear produced against a specification that is agreed in writing before the run starts.

Questions

Frequently asked

What is your minimum order quantity?

Order quantities depend on the style, the yarn and the packaging you choose, so we quote them per inquiry rather than publish one blanket figure. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm what is workable for your product.

Can you develop from our own design or sample?

Yes. Send a tech pack, reference images or a physical sample along with the target specification and we will review feasibility with you.

How is branding applied?

Depending on the style, a logo can be embroidered onto the sock, knitted into the fabric, printed on a hangtag, or printed on the packaging. Send your artwork and we will confirm which methods suit your product.

Do you supply test reports?

Where a testing report exists for a style, it is available on request. Tell us which tests your market requires and we will confirm what can be provided.

How long does sampling and production take?

It depends on the specification, the yarn and the quantity. We give you a realistic timing for your own project with the quotation, rather than a generic promise here.
